HOW TO REGISTER

For Presenters:

Step 1: Submit your abstract through the Abstract Submission Google Form. Await acceptance email from the Organizing Committee.

Step 2: Pay the symposium fees through the DRSD website. Download the payment confirmation receipt.

Step 3: Fill in the registration form through the DRSD website and upload the payment confirmation receipt. Await confirmation of registration from the Organizing Committee.

Step 4: Submit your presentation to the symposium (details to be shared later).

Step 5: Attend, present and participate in the DRSD Symposium. Connect and collaborate. Receive your symposium certificate.

Step 6 (Optional): Interested authors and presenters will have an opportunity to publish their full papers in a Scopus Indexed Journal/Proceedings (details to be shared later)

 

For Attendees:

Step 1: Pay the symposium fees through the DRSD website. Download the payment confirmation receipt.

Step 2: Fill in the registration form through the DRSD website and upload the payment confirmation receipt. Await confirmation of registration from the Organizing Committee.

Step 3: Attend, present and participate in the DRSD Symposium. Connect and collaborate. Receive your symposium certificate.

Payment by Bank Transfer:
Step 1: Deposit your payment to the banking details found below. Please note that bank service, transfer, and other external fees or charges should be incurred by the participant. The amount of funds that reach the account must be in accordance with the registration fees as mentioned in the DRSD 2023 website.

Step 2: Acquire the proof of transfer/bank transfer slip. Please upload the document during your registration through the Google Forms. Please also keep a copy of the payment slip for future reference

Step 3: If your payment has been verified by the Organizers, you will receive a registration confirmation letter within 7 working days.

Payment by Credit Card:
Step 1: Fill in the online form as appeared on the Payment page of the DRSD 2023 website. After clicking the ‘Submit’ button, your payment details will be directed to the online payment page. Please note that additional credit card processing fees will be incurred by the participant.

Step 2: Enter your credit card/debit card information on the online payment page. Please keep the payment slip/proof of payment safely for future reference.

Step 3: Upload the payment slip/proof of payment during your registration in the Google Forms.

Step 4: If your payment has been verified by the Organizers, you will receive a registration confirmation letter within 7 working days.

  • One (1) registration will be valid for only one oral or poster presentation
  • Registration is non-transferable.
  • Student participants who are registering for the Symposium must provide active studentship documents (student ID, certificate, etc) when filling out the registration form.
  • Upon successful registration and verification of payment, Registrant will receive a Registration Confirmation and Invitation Letter via email. Please note that only one Letter can be issued per Registrant.

CERTIFICATE

 “Certificate of Attendance/ Presentation” will be given to all delegates  on the day of the Symposium

CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee is non-refundable.
